EMEA: All orders from the Europe and the EMEA region are produced in Poland, Romania or Spain, and shipped from our fulfillment center in Barcelona in Spain, one of EMEA's well-connected logistics hubs.
APAC: All orders from Asia and the APAC region are produced in Southeast Asia and shipped from our fulfillment center in Singapore, one of APAC's well-connected logistics hubs.
In 2027, we are set to launch another fulfillment center in the Americas to support US and LATAM customers.
Yes, we ship globally.
Transit time is 2-7 days, depending on the destination country. We can also support express delivery when needed.
Yes, of course. We can deliver it to the doorstep of any valid address in the world. If the recipient is not available at home at the time of delivery, the package can be collected from a pickup point.

Yes, of course. For cross-border shipments, some countries may charge Customs Duties and Import Taxes. But don’t worry, we will handle everything on your behalf, so neither you nor your recipients will have to worry about it.

If you are a small team, and you prefer manual shipping, you and selected members of your HR team can have access to the dashboard, and manually ship kits to any address in the world via the dashboard.
If you prefer to have everything automated, you can use our Redemption Page feature. A Redemption Page is a landing page that allows new employees to redeem their Welcome Pack without needing to have an account on the dashboard.
Merch and Welcome Packs: Our standard production time is 14-18 business days.
Platform: It can be set-up in the same time it takes to produce your merch.
Yes, Boxaroo is one of the few merch and swag providers that has its own global warehouses and fulfillment centers. Boxaroo is also a vertically integrated platform, which means we run our own production, manage our own logistics and provide our services through our own proprietary platform.
We have fulfillment centers in EMEA (Spain), and one in APAC (Singapore).
In 2027, we will be launching a third fulfillment center in the Americas.
What about other regions or third-party partners? We don't work with third-party fulfillment partners, because in our experience, that causes more confusion and branding inconsistency for our customers.
