In a nutshell: you pick and customize the products you want to sell (from our awesome catalog), place your order upfront, and Boxaroo takes care of the rest! We’ll produce your merch, store it in our global warehouses, set up your branded merch shop, and handle all orders.
We’ve got payments, sales tax filing, and all those other headaches covered. All you need to do is focus on getting your audience in and excited to buy your merch!
Once we get you set up, you won’t have to lift a finger. The shop is fully managed by Boxaroo. Our systems run like clockwork, and we've got a superb logistics and customer service team that you can rely on!
Our customers create merch shops for a variety of reasons:
1. Companies want to allow employees to buy good-quality company merch, instead of offering them free but cheap merch.
2. B2B businesses with a supplier-distributor model or affiliate-partner model launch a merch shop for their distributors and partners to have access to their merch at discounted rates, so it can help them with sales and marketing.
3. Companies that have a global offices, and therefore fragmented budgets for each office, may launch a merch shop for their internal teams to use their budgets in one place, so that their merch is always consistent and consolidated.
Your initial inventory needs to be ordered and paid for upfront, with a minimum of 5 products and at least 100 units per product.
Shipping is paid for by the buyers when they make their order.
Sales tax (if applicable) is charged to the buyer, and import tax for international purchases (if applicable) is also on them—just like any other e-commerce store.
Filing of sales taxes is managed entirely by Boxaroo as part of the service.
Customs Duties and Import Tax for international purchases (if applicable) is the buyer's responsiblity—just like any other e-commerce store.
Since products are paid for upfront and shipping and taxes are covered by the buyers, all revenue from your store is yours—minus payment processing and service fees, of course.
